PC / Steam problems?

if your having a problem with anything including: your pc, steam, css, or even an in-game problem such as low fps, post it here. Hopefully somebody in iC has the capability to help you out.

Pretty sure no one can help, I've done tons of google searching and I guess it's just a problem with my gfx card and css. My monitor is very dark so I use to use brightness increasing programs like powerstrip to brighten my game. I got a new gfx card and then those programs wouldn't work with css. The programs still work on my desktop, and in the other game I use to play(delta force).

I've tried like 10 other programs to increase my gamma/brightness and they all work except for in css. So...there's the problem but I doubt anyone has any ideas other than trying a new monitor, which is what I'm thinking about doing.

BTW, monitor brightness and in game brightness are both on max.

edit: I got a new monitor now so nvm
