| Most of you are doing a good job, giving iC a good status:)
Thank you to the finicial contributers (Prov1, Encore, And ghost). These people are what keep iC alive.
I am going to be giving promotions / demotions much easier now.
Promotion Tips:
- Post on the forums
- Active in the servers
- Active in the vent
-Active in the mIRC channel
- DONT BE ARFRAID TO MAKE NEW IDEAS.
- Be mature
Demotions:
-Not active
-Being asked to tagup daily
-Spamming NON-SPAM topics
-Not helping iC
-Not on the forums
-Immature
I may also make the ranks like a ladder, but making a really low rank, that if you get demoted from that rank, your kicked out of iC. This way we wont have people that just tag along for admin..

RLY? Tbh its our job to be the first person in there! If its 0/16 for funmaps, who cares! You can play funmaps by yourself and chances are someone will join. 90% of the time i join when its empty, then about 5 others join. TRY IT, thats the kind of server activity we need / lack. | |

| idk who i was talking to about "paying for servers" without actually paying, but ghost is right. Theres lots you guys can do to make iC better without paying. If we were to get sponsored, they would buy us a good reg css server, and we had a deal like that made but i canceled it for a variety of reasons. | |
